I have a client who is converting a 13thC ruined chapel into a house. We intend using a limecrete breathable floor in the former nave which is to become the living room. My client would like to use a polished finish to the screed. Can this be achieved using a limecrete screed and if so, what colourants, additives etc. could be added to the screed to give a choice of appearances? The finish will have to be sufficiently robust to withstand normal use and methods of cleaning.
