Joining us back in August 2023, George is the youngest member of our team. Since then he has proven himself to be willing, engaged, helpful and enthusiastic. George is eager to be involved and has a brilliant sense of humour! In his spare time, George loves to play football and go the gym. He is also a huge Norwich City Supporter.
Kevin joined our team in July 2023. He brought with him a wealth of transferable skills, having spent many years installing playgrounds across the UK. Kevin’s aptitude for learning our trade, along with his amazing work ethic and willingness to learn, has meant that he has quickly moved from labourer to assistant site supervisor. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his girls (wife and daughters) and walking their dogs. Kevin also really enjoys listening to ska and reggae music.
Cailan joined our team in July 2023. Cailan is a hard-working and diligent. He has been a wonderful addition to our team and has a real knack for setting up the works. He is neat and tidy and shows attention to detail. Cailan is quiet and reflective but also has a great sense of humour! In his spare time, Cailan enjoys all things mechanical. He rides dirt bikes and skateboards and has a collection of motor vehicles. Sarah often goes to Cailan if she has a question relating to vehicles!
Richard is our extremely hardworking, funny and positive lorry driver! Richard is a walking encyclopedia of UK road knowledge as well as being able to perform magic with manoeuvring the lorry into many a tight space!
Richard always goes above and beyond for us and the customers. He is a family man who enjoys supporting his grandchildren in their sporting and other endeavours.
Richard is a keen Javelin dingy sailor and just enjoyed the new experience of a “big boat” sailing trip around the Greek Islands.
He is also a keen gardener and likes to help out in the local community ❤️
This is Bobby. Bobby is our enthusiastic, hardworking lead Screeder. Bobby has worked with The Limecrete Company for several years. He is a confident, skilful diamond, with great pride in his work and excellent leadership skills.
Bobby loves to spend time with his family and take his dogs to the beach. Bobby is also a keen fisherman, recently returning from a well-earned break fishing in Mexico.
Meet the lovely Danny! He is our wonderful, skilled, diligent, and committed Foreman! Danny has worked for the company since July 2021 and he has consistently proved himself to be dependable, trustworthy, and professional.
Danny is a family man with a passion for our local football team, Norwich City and holds a season ticket. When Danny makes it back home in time from jobs around the country, he likes to play darts on a Friday evening.

Sarah Joined our team in March 2022 and is our Executive PA as well as our Marketing Manager
From the moment Sarah joined our team she made a huge positive impact, she is hard working, efficient, caring, competent and reliable – Sarah’s roles vary from day to day and she tackles each task with efficiency
Before joining our team Sarah had been a teacher and had also spent some time with the Royal Navy reserves, she has travelled and lived in many places all over the world and is full of wisdom for her young years. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends and family and she recently had a fantastic time at an Artic Monkeys gig with her Daughter.
Meet Dylan (and his gorgeous kitten Bilbo 🐈⬛)
Dylan has been with The Limecrete Company since October 2018 and is our Office Manager. He is our very own Tech King and is responsible for the accounts, making the quotes and along with Sarah, any technical assistance you may require! He is extremely helpful, thoughtful and has a big heart!
Dylan is very accomplished, and as well as working for us, he is studying accountancy and learning to play the guitar. He has a real zest for life and loves to go and watch music and theatre performances and enjoys climbing when he has the time.
Sarah Woodger is our Director of Operations, our company Mum, and our style queen 👑
Sarah has worked with The Limecrete Company since March 2015 and is incredibly enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about Limecrete Flooring and its benefits.
She is logical, forward thinking, creative and runs our company with integrity and authenticity.
Sarah is always willing to answer any questions or queries people may have, and runs our online CPD sessions.
Outside of work, Sarah’s interests include, spending time with her friends and family, collecting vintage clothing, music, dancing and playing scrabble.
